Validation / Certification
We offer a wide range of validation and certification services:
HEPA Filter Testing
At ACS we perform integrity, velocity, and uniformity testing per ISO 14644 Standards on many different types of HEPA filter installations.
Room Cascade Pressure and Air Change Rate Calculation
Room pressure differentials are adjusted to meet current USP 797/800 requirements. Air change rates are calculated to verify that the minimum exchange rates are achieved.
ISO Cleanliness Classification
Current ISO 14644 standards are used to classify cleanrooms, clean environments or clean areas to a certain ISO classification grade.
Flow Hood / Fume Hood & Biosafety Cabinet Testing
Flow Hoods are certified to ISO 14644, Fume Hoods are certified to ASHRAE 110 (non-tracer gas) and Biosafety Cabinets are certified to NSF49 standards.
Viable Environmental Sampling
Air and surface samples from around the cleanroom are taken (according to the site SOP) on growth media plates and afterward incubated to test for particle colony growth per USP 797 standards.
Specialty HEPA Equipment Testing
Over the years we have been asked to test all types of HEPA equipment. With our combination of knowledge and experience, we have rarely come across an item we are unable to test.
Consulting Services
We are experienced in many different types of cleanrooms, laboratories, pharmacies, hospitals and manufacturing plants. We can help you with any questions you may have. We perform surveys, plan reviews and more for our clients.
Service and Sales
If you have equipment that is in need of basic service, we are able to help. Although it is not our specialty, we are very knowledgeable in sourcing replacement parts to get your equipment back up and operating.
